The following screenshot shows an adapted signature portal. The customer wanted to make it even clearer to his users which documents external signers are allowed to see and which are not. Thus there are two upload areas and it is not possible to drag an external signer onto an internal document. Document types were introduced for this purpose, which are then displayed in special masks. These special masks are contextual, so that other departments do not need to see them if it is only about purely internal workflows.
